Design Principles of YM-MYM800 Hard Embosser

The frame construction is a precision-engineered that enables to hard embossing processes with special designed emboss roll at Hardness of Shore D85.

Our machine is designed for holographic films that used for labels, stamping and lamination on various substrates. We guarantee of a high degree of accuracy for the finishing process. This can be ensured at the time of purchase.

The Process of Hard Embossing:

The substrate is embossed by passing through a oil heated shim roll and embossing roll. The nickel (Ni) embossed shim is clamped into master roll (as //) and inside master roll rotating heated compliant. The embossed area would be according to the circumference of master roll that maybe 520mm or 615 mm and as wide as the shim affixed to the master roller. The shim is wrapped and clamped around the circumference of the master roll.

After embossing the substrate passes through a tension controlled nip roller and then rewound onto a rewind pneumatic shaft.
 

The hardened adjustable cams on each end of the die roller allow for the lift on/lift off of each embossing impression roller. Specially designed heat-exchange systems can increase/decrease temperature in 30mins from 0 to 160C.
